We can offer surface waterproofing and chemical protection:

Fill voids and cracks that occurred during construction or operation (for example, foundation settlement, leaching, transport load deformation, etc.), ensuring waterproofing (including filling of all capillaries).

When filling cracks, we use a technology that not only fills the crack, but also ensures the monolith of the structure in the damaged area, preventing future damage.

Protection of various surfaces (brickwork, concrete, metal, etc.) from chemically aggressive environment, and to ensure, block (interrupt) the inflow of water through the surface (stop water flow or seepage).
To create certified coatings for drinking water that withstand chemical stress from pH0 to pH8 (we are looking for an opportunity to increase to pH12, in perspective).

Application area:

  • sealed containers for storing various materials (including liquids);
  • surface treatment of reservoirs to ensure waterproofing and drinking water quality standards, as well as protection against the effects of an aggressive environment;
  • restoration of worn out (deformed), outdated buildings, repair of defects, cleaning the surface and covering it with the necessary protective layer;
  • other constructions in which the above-mentioned technologies are applied;
  • sewer and rainwater gutters;
  • wastewater treatment plants;
  • culvert repairs;
  • cellars;
  • various stone, brick, metal constructions, etc.

Using composite materials (mainly polymer-silicate) since 1994, we have built and renovated watchtowers, pipelines, pumping stations, protective cases under tram and railway tracks and other structures in various Latvian cities. Among the relevant objects are the chemical protection coating of the Jūrmala sewerage culverts in 225 culverts with a total surface coverage of ~4200 sq.m (pH0-pH8), the renovation of the culvert of the Kaibala railway stop.

Using polymer, mineral binders and polymer silicate, we treat both positive and negative surfaces and provide waterproofing up to 13 bar and the necessary protection against aggressive environments. We have abandoned the cementing method, as it does not ensure safe filling of cracks and voids.
